Everything is made from scratch, from the crema to the lime juice to the tortillas being hand pressed to order. It’s all fresh.
de cero is known for its 15 different tacos served a la carte or ordered in a share platter of 8. Everything you can think of such as; grilled ahi tuna taco with mango habenero salsa, grilled skirt steak taco with potatoes and chipotle mayo, roasted raja pepper taco with cheese, or the amazing battered shrimp taco with avocado crema. There is a taco for everyone.
The fresh margaritas are also amazing. No sour mixes, but only fresh lime juice. The favorites are the Pineapple Jalapeno Margarita and the Guava Margarita …simply divine!
de cero has a fresh salsa menu that is made every day with only fresh ingredients such as Fresh Tomatillo salsa made with garlic and lime. There is also a Picante salsa made with fresh crushed tomatoes and red jalapenos. And, finally, there is the chef’s salsa of the day which is always the spiciest of them all.
de cero’s dining room is simple, clean, warm and has the charm of Mexico with a modern edge.
de cero hosts hundreds of parties a year; birthday parties, anniversaries, work get togethers, and more. It has two private dining rooms; the first seats up to 10 guests and the other seats up to 24 guests. One may also inquire about renting out the bar or the main dining room for larger parties from 70 to 200 people. |
